What's the status of my package?
It usually takes 1 to 5 business days to prepare your package. After shipping, delivery takes another 1 to 5 business days. Because we attach great importance to sustainability, we minimize the number of daily shipments by collecting packages in larger quantities and shipping them once a certain volume is reached. We apologize for the delay. Please check your Track & Trace code, as packages can sometimes be held up at customs. If your package hasn't arrived after 3 more days, please contact us. We'll find a solution together.
